RESERVATIONS– Reservations can be made by phone, email, or using the contact form on our website. Reservations will be held for 2 weeks or until we receive your deposit. At this time we do not accept credit cards. Checks should be made payable to Hidden Haven Resort.
DEPOSITS- To hold your reservation we require a $100 deposit for stays less than one week. A $200 deposit is required for stays lasting a week or longer.
CANCELLATIONS- Hidden Haven Resort requires a minimum of a 30-day cancellation notice. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be refunded, less a $50 office fee (per cabin reserved).
